Featured Wooden House

The biggest advantage of Prekofab homes is their industrial production. Well-planned, precisely executed with millimetric accuracy, and subjected to a strict quality control process at every stage, these homes are assembled on-site with only the walls being put together. And it’s so fast that you might be amazed.

Unlike traditional construction methods, where homes are built outdoors on-site, Prekofab prefabricated homes are manufactured in an industrial setting, independent of weather conditions.

Using highly advanced technology and precision-programmed machines, the walls are produced exclusively from wood and sustainable building materials. This means your structurally complete home (including windows, front door, and preliminary installations) arrives at your site in a flawless, well-thought-out, and finished state. The assembly of a Prekofab home is carried out quickly, precisely, seamlessly, and securely.

Manufacturing Process

Step 1
Excellent Quality

Custom Design

The production of a prefabricated home begins with experienced construction engineers. A 3D model of the house is created based on architectural drawings, and the necessary components for factory assembly are calculated. Individual customer requests are taken into account and incorporated into the planning. Every timber beam required is identified with its specifications and dimensions in the computer. A complete part list is sent as a data record to the factory workers.

Step 2
Art of Service

Precision Cutting

The data from the planning unit is transferred to the cutting and sizing system. In the computer-controlled wood cutting system, timber is precisely cut with millimetric accuracy. This ensures not only the highest precision but also a reduction in wood waste. After the cutting unit, each wall stud, ceiling beam, roof beam, and floor joist is sent to the production lines for walls, ceilings, and roofs.

Step 3
Delivery Worldwide

Robust Construction

On the wooden construction line, the framework for exterior and interior walls and floors is built. Pre-cut wooden parts are assembled according to the element specifications. This construction line is the heart of production, where the structural framework, wall studs, and beams come together. A high level of automation combined with expert craftsmanship creates a synergy between technology and workmanship, ensuring premium quality.

Step 4
Sustainable Living
