Taking site and zoning data into account, floor plans, cross-sections, and façade designs are finalized. The project is then handed over to an engineering office authorized to conduct permit procedures within your municipality. While the permit approval process continues, our manufacturing planning team in our factory prepares production and assembly plans. Engineering calculations are performed to design wall panels, floor and roof structures, ensuring precision in manufacturing and assembly.
Based on your preferences, zoning regulations, and land analysis, we begin the design phase. This allows us to visualize how your new Prekofab home will look. From this point on, your dedicated consultant, architect, project manager, and interior designer (if required) will collaborate to bring your vision to life.
